between Crispy Sour Cream Pasta Rounds with Sage Buerre Blanc.

Coquille St Jacque

combination of Baby Lobster, Shrimp and Sea Scallops in a
luxurious Sherry Béchamel
and vegetables.
Intermezzo:
Berry Sorbet.
Salad Course:
Mixed Spring Field Greens with a Tapenade and Roasted Shallot
Vinaigrette.
Main Course:
Country Peasant Herb Chicken -- French Cut Seared Chicken pot Liquor Sauce and
