Amuse Bouche

Acanthus Pierogi -- Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes and Caramelized Onions

between Crispy Sour Cream Pasta Rounds with Sage Buerre Blanc.

Fish Course:

Coquille St Jacque

A combination of Baby Lobster, Shrimp and Sea Scallops in a luxurious Sherry Béchamel and vegetables.

Intermezzo:

Berry Sorbet.

Salad Course:

Mixed Spring Field Greens with a Tapenade and Roasted Shallot Vinaigrette.

Main Course:

Country Peasant Herb Chicken -- French Cut Seared Chicken pot Liquor Sauce and Mushrooms.

or

Braccoile -- 2 Rolls of Filet of Beef and Prosciutto, Fresh Mozzarella with Herb Sauce.

 

 

Entrées are served with Acanthus Potatoes, a Duchess Potato mixture of Cheese and Herbs

and a Broccoli Cheese Voulavent.

Cheese Course:

Warm Brie en Croute -- A Wedge of Baby Brie in Puff Pastry and Seasonal Fruit and Toasted Almonds.

Dessert Course:

Mocha Brownie a la mode -- French Vanilla Ice Cream and Kahlúa Brownies

topped with Irish Cream Flavored Sauce
